About ShareTree

ShareTree is a registered charity and social purpose network that cultivates character, culture and community, to empower people to live purposeful and meaningful lives.

Through the language of virtues – which form the essence of our true character – we believe we can have a greater understanding of, and connection to, our purpose in life.

Our Cultivating Character and Culture programs are based on the work of The Virtues Project™, a global initiative that inspires the practice of virtues in everyday life to bring about kindness, justice, and integrity around the world. The Virtues Project has been honoured by the United Nations during the International Year of the Family as a “model global program for families of all cultures”.

ShareTree is not aligned to any religion. Our character programs transcend faith, race, and cultural groups.

ShareTree was founded by Steven Farrugia in 2013 as part of his personal life-long purpose to bring about meaningful change to humanity through sharing.

We believe in empowering people to live purposeful and meaningful lives.
