This is a monthly workshop for coaches, consultant and passionate leaders who want to learn how to use character to unlock latent potential in themselves and others to live a meaningful, fulfilling and joyous life.

In each session you’ll dive into one of the 12 Character Archetypes to understand it's traits, benefits, challenges and how to cultivate it as a strength.

Harness Character Strengths to Improve Performance
Charametrics’ 12 character strengths are core drivers of behavior and motivation. By learning how to recognise and engage each strength, you’ll gain tools to support clients in reaching their performance goals.

Strengthen Relationships and Team Dynamics
Understanding character provides a new lens on relationships. Learn how to help clients identify how their unique strengths influence collaboration and interpersonal effectiveness, improving team harmony and culture.

Develop Leadership Capacity Through Character
Charametrics helps you guide clients in building authentic leadership styles rooted in their strengths. Equip leaders with insights that enable them to connect, inspire, and support their teams.

As a registered Child and Family Psychologist who lectured at the University of Melbourne in a School Leadership Master's Degree for school principals, I can confidently say that the ShareTree folks are at the cutting edge of the sciences of education, psychology, and whole organization change.
