This workshop offers you a unique opportunity to explore how the 12 Character Strengths can transform performance, relationships, leadership capability and ultimately culture.

In each monthly session, you’ll dive into one Character Archetype and learn how to identify and develop strengths, understand your behaviour, and formulate strategies to unlock potential, overcome challenges, and how to best contribute to creating a positive family, team or organizational culture.
