Yes. The People at Work survey is developed by the Australian government and is the nationally recognised tool for assessing psychosocial risks in the workplace. We simply make it easier for you to run it and get the report.

No software needed. We create a custom survey link for your team — just share the link and we take care of the rest.

Once your team completes the survey, we typically deliver your report within 5–7 business days.

You can upgrade after purchasing but only before we generate your unique survey link. Once the survey is sent and responses are being collected, we can’t upgrade it — as the full version contains a different set of questions. We’ll contact you shortly after purchase to confirm details, and you’ll have the option to upgrade then.

 

Absolutely. The survey questions are mapped directly to the People at Work framework and fully meet psychosocial risk compliance obligations.

Not at all. The report is written in plain English with visuals, summaries, and recommended actions so you can confidently move forward without outside help.

Most employees complete the survey in 8 to 10 minutes — it’s designed to be simple and respectful of people’s time.

You’ll receive a practical summary of risks and opportunities, and if you choose to upgrade, we can support you in building a targeted culture and wellbeing strategy.

Participation is unlimited. You only need one report per organisation. However, if you’d like to break results down by departments or teams, additional group-level reporting is available for a small added cost.
